Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at gvrvresort.com (the "Site") and your reservation of and stay at Grass Valley RV Resort, located at 1462 Auburn Road, Grass Valley, California 95949 (the "Resort"), operated by GVRV LLC ("GVRV," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, making a reservation, or entering the Resort, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Resort rules provided at booking and check-in. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Resort.

If you make a reservation on behalf of others in your party, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and you are responsible for ensuring every member of your party complies with them.

Reservations are processed through Campspot, a third-party booking platform. When you book, you also agree to Campspot's own terms of use and payment terms. Rates, deposits, taxes, and fees are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Published rates on the Site are for general information; the rate quoted in your confirmed reservation controls.

Sites are assigned by type (e.g., Premium Pull-Through, Deluxe Back-In, Standard Back-In). While we make reasonable efforts to honor specific site requests, we reserve the right to reassign you to a comparable site when operationally necessary.

Long-term and monthly stays require a separate application and approval and are subject to additional written terms, including metered electric charges, that will be provided during the application process. Long-term occupancy does not create a tenancy, residency, or any interest in real property except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation and change policies, including any applicable fees and refund timelines, are stated at the time of booking through Campspot and in your reservation confirmation, and those stated policies control. No-shows may be charged in accordance with the policy stated at booking. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 12).

• Check-in and check-out times are stated in your reservation confirmation. Early arrivals and late departures require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
• The registered guest must be at least 18 years of age and must remain responsible for the site and all occupants and visitors during the stay.
• Guests must register all occupants, vehicles, and pets at check-in. Visitors must comply with Resort rules, and the registered guest is responsible for their conduct.
• RVs must be in good working order, road-worthy, and self-contained. We reserve the right to decline rigs that do not meet Resort standards communicated at booking or check-in.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise that disturbs other guests is not permitted at any time.
• Speed limit within the Resort must be observed at all times; drive with care around pedestrians, children, and pets.
• Fires: ground fires and wood-burning fires are prohibited. Only propane fire pits are permitted, subject to any fire-danger restrictions in effect.
• Sites must be kept clean and uncluttered. Site alterations, clotheslines, and unapproved structures are not permitted. Only vehicles and equipment registered to your site may be kept on it.
• Amenities (pool, spa, lodge, courts, dog parks, and other facilities) are used at your own risk, may have posted hours and rules, and may be closed for maintenance, weather, or safety without notice. There is no lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Alcohol and smoking: alcohol may be consumed only where permitted and by guests of legal age. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Resort buildings or amenity areas.
• Illegal activity of any kind, harassment of guests or staff, and possession of fireworks or discharge of weapons on Resort property are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the stay, without refund, of any guest who violates these Terms or Resort rules, endangers others, or damages property.

• Pets are welcome and must be registered at check-in.
• Pets must be leashed at all times outside the fenced dog parks, must never be left unattended outside your RV, and waste must be picked up immediately.
• Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or failure to follow pet rules may result in the pet — or the guest — being asked to leave without refund.
• Owners are solely responsible for their pets and for any injury or damage their pets cause. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

• All vehicles and RVs must be registered, insured, and operated by licensed drivers as required by law.
• Vehicle maintenance, washing of rigs or vehicles, and dumping of gray or black water anywhere other than approved sewer connections or the dump station are prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for the proper and safe connection of their RV to utilities. Electrical service is provided at 30/50 amp; guests are responsible for using appropriate, properly rated equipment, including surge protection.
• Storage of personal property is at the guest's sole risk. GVRV is not a bailee of any guest property, including RVs and vehicles.

Outdoor recreation carries inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, trees and falling limbs, smoke, and the acts of other guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of the Resort and its amenities, whether or not listed here, for yourself and for minors in your care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) GVRV, its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of, damage to, or theft of personal property, RVs, or vehicles, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Resort; and (b) GVRV's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a stay will not exceed the total amount you paid to GVRV for the stay giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GVRV and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your or your party's violation of these Terms or Resort rules; (b) your or your party's negligence or willful misconduct; (c) damage to Resort property caused by you, your party, your pets, your vehicles, or your equipment; or (d) your violation of applicable law.

• The Site and its contents — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the resort map, and design — are owned by or licensed to GVRV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content, interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
• The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Rates, amenities, photographs, and descriptions are for general information and may change without notice.
• Links to third-party sites and services (including Campspot, Google Maps, and YouTube) are provided for convenience; GVRV does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.

GVRV will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including fire, wildfire and related smoke or evacuation orders, flood, storm, earthquake, public utility failure (including power shutoffs), epidemic or pandemic, governmental action, labor disturbance, or acts of God. In such events we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate affected reservations, which may include rescheduling or refunds consistent with the cancellation policy stated at booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a stay at the Resort will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada County, California, or the county in which the Resort is located, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, your reservation confirmation, the policies stated at booking, and any signed long-term stay agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GVRV regarding their subject matter.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your reservation or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
• Updates. We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. The version in effect on the first day of your stay applies to that stay.
