This Privacy Policy describes how GVRV LLC, doing business as Grass Valley RV Resort ("GVRV," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at gvrvresort.com (the "Site"), stay at or visit our resort located at 1462 Auburn Road, Grass Valley, California 95949 (the "Resort"), use our mobile application (the "App"), or otherwise interact with us.

Information you provide directly. We collect information you give us when you:

• Email us, or submit an inquiry through any contact form offered on the Site — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message;
• Call the Resort — such as your name, phone number, and details relating to your inquiry or stay;
• Apply for a long-term or monthly stay — such as your name, contact information, vehicle and RV details (make, model, length, license plate), number of occupants, pet information, and any information required for application screening;
• Check in as a guest — such as identification details, vehicle and rig information, emergency contact information, and payment information for on-site charges;
• Sign up for communications, promotions, or events.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site or App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates/times of access;
• Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand Site usage (see Section 6);
• Approximate location derived from your IP address.

Information collected at the Resort. For the safety of guests and staff, the Resort premises may be monitored by video security cameras in common areas. Guest Wi-Fi usage may generate technical logs (such as device identifiers and bandwidth usage) needed to operate and secure the network.

Information from third parties. Reservations are processed by Campspot, a third-party booking platform. When you book through Campspot, Campspot provides us with the information needed to administer your reservation, such as your name, contact details, dates of stay, site selection, rig details, party size, and payment status. Campspot's handling of your information is governed by Campspot's own privacy policy.

• To administer reservations, check-ins, stays, and departures;
• To respond to inquiries submitted by phone, email, or the contact form;
• To process and evaluate long-term stay applications;
• To process payments for on-site purchases and charges;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, App, guest Wi-Fi, and Resort facilities;
• To communicate with you about your stay, including confirmations, changes, and service messages;
• To send marketing communications where permitted by law (you may opt out at any time);
• To maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and property;
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions and Resort rules, and protect our legal rights;
• To analyze Site usage and improve our services and marketing.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf, such as reservation management (Campspot), payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and IT support. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us;
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of GVRV, our guests, our staff, or the public;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to this Policy;
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA") provides you with the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

• Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Right to opt out — we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; if that ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism first;
• Right to limit — limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by law (we use sensitive information only for such permitted purposes);
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by matching information you provide against information we already hold. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice).

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; some Site features may not function properly without necessary cookies. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but where legally required we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for California residents.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including satisfying legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and reporting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type — for example, reservation and payment records are retained for the periods required by tax and accounting law, security camera footage is retained on a short rolling basis unless preserved for an incident, and marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The Site and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Reservation records naturally include party sizes that may reflect the presence of minors staying with a parent or guardian; we do not collect information directly from those minors. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information online, contact us at staff@gvrvresort.com and we will delete it.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including the Campspot booking platform, Google Maps, and embedded YouTube video. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated Policy on the Site. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated to you where required by law. Your continued use of the Site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
