How Group and Rally Bookings Work

Ready to plan your group's stay? Because every rally's dates, rig mix, and lodge needs are different, we handle group bookings directly.

  1. Call or email us with your dates, number of rigs, and rig lengths.
  2. We go over group site blocking and lodge availability together, based on what's open for your dates.
  3. We confirm your site block, and your lodge reservation if you'd like private use of it.
  4. Your group arrives with full access to the lodge, pool, and courts for the length of your stay.

Good Fit for Your Group

  • RV clubs on a chapter rally or regional meetup
  • Multi-family reunions traveling as a group of rigs
  • Groups in town for a Nevada County Fairgrounds event, including the Nevada County Fair, Draft Horse Classic, and Country Christmas Faire
  • Any group that wants site blocking and private lodge access in one place
