It’s that time of year again, where tails wag, paws prance, and costumes get a little *barktacular*! On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., the streets of Downtown Grass Valley will go to the dogs—literally! PAWS’itive Pals Dog Training has paired up with the City of Grass Valley for the second time, and we are all excited to invite all well-behaved pups and their human companions to the 10th Annual Howl-o-ween Dog Mob, Dog Costume Parade, and Contest.
